6.Furnace: Operate and examine burners, thermostat, filter , etc.
7.Plumbing: Examine condition of water heater, water lines, and waste/sewer lines.
8.Basement: Look for signs of dampness , settlement, and incorrect drainage.
9.Roof: Examine , look for damage , and determine approximate age.
10.Beams and Foundations: Check for cracks, settlement and general structural soundness.
